86MATRIX is the menu-knowledge system for restaurant teams. It puts your actual menu — every dish, every allergen, every wine and cocktail — in your staff's hands, and keeps it current the moment the kitchen changes something.

MENU KNOWLEDGE
• Your full menu, organised the way your restaurant organises it, searchable by dish name, ingredient, or allergen.
• Each dish carries its description, ingredient list, allergen entries, and the story behind it — prep, provenance, and what makes it worth selling.
• Wine, cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic programs each get their own section with tasting notes, producer detail, and pairing guidance.

ALLERGEN CONFIDENCE
• Every dish's allergens are marked as modifiable or not modifiable, so a server knows in one glance whether the kitchen can work around a request.
• Order Check takes a whole table's order and a guest's restrictions and tells you, dish by dish, what is safe, what can be modified, and what cannot.
• Check against the common allergy list or type in anything specific — onion, fennel, cumin — and every ordered dish's ingredient list is searched for it.

86MATRIX is a subscription service for restaurants. Staff accounts are created by their restaurant — you will need an invitation or an account from your manager to sign in. There is nothing to buy inside the app.

Restaurants enter their own dishes, ingredients, and allergen information. 86MATRIX stores and displays that content on the restaurant's behalf and does not author or verify it — each restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu and allergen data.
