Ratings and reviews

You can't turn off their breaking news. I was able to turn it off on my old phone but not this one. Also, when you press on the breaking news, it doesn't let you read it because you have to sign up. The reason I downloaded the app was because they said if you get the app you can read the news. So I just wait to read it on mid Hudson news and Nyup. Com

I don't know why this app was changed but I don't like it! I noticed 2 things, so far. In the obit section, the memoriams are mixed in with the current obits. No more can you separate them out the way it used to be. And also, there is no tab for local news. It wasn't broke. Why are you trying to fix it?

It opens to show the police blotter and ads. It should include a prominently located login box with the option of being remembered and then go to the eedition. Reading this paper on my phone is a very frustrating experience .
