In the years I've had this app, it's been buggy, the customer service department has been routinely unhelpful, and their billing practices make no sense. Now you have to pay extra just to use an app - even if you have a digital subscription. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this app.

I was getting the paper but it's not worth it,so I asked if I could just get it on my phone, useless and I'm paying for it! If all I want is to see the obituary section,so what,I'm still paying for it! I can't even see that!
