Ummmm Idk who, what, or why the app change was decided but the old one worked just fine. Don't lose customers over having to go inside and place orders then get in line! I love this dispensary but can order ahead everywhere else around here. We don't wanna do anything but get in and out. Not wait for a tablet to be available and if this Click to redeem points is true thats an extra unnecessary step when yall could just look them up before and apply at yhe register. Put the order section back!

no menu & if you change your phone # wether you update on there app or not all your points are gone tried to use 100 points but because I had changed my phone # even though I updated it in the app the email never changed but was told I couldn't use the points because in their system that phone # had no points & that's while showing him my phone & the points page also showed him my profile page to show my phone # is under that account so I guess I'm just screwed on points
