Ratings and reviews

I cannot add my last name to my profile nor my language preferences to complete my profile. I can only include my first and last name in the first names option. My goal is to only have English materials sent to me. Other than that the system works perfectly. Please help

Love the content generated and the ease with which it can be shared on social channels, only issue is with the gamification part sometimes the points for sharing, liking and commenting doesn't get accounted. Also info on what cycle is followed for rewards and who gets physical rewards, top 3 or top 5 etc would also be helpful information that have in FAQs.

Does a decent job...just restart device or uninstall/ reinstall app if experience trouble logging in. If app says "Primerica" is not a valid name, just uninstall and then reinstall the app. Sometimes linked accounts will time out connection. Fairly simple to reactivate in those instances.
