About this app

SprintRounds is video speed networking for meeting professionals, investors, and people with shared interests through a series of short one-to-one conversations.

Choose a themed event, get a ticket, and join at the scheduled time. The app connects you with other participants for a series of short video conversations. After each conversation, decide whether you would like to stay in touch. If both people agree, you can continue the conversation in the app.

HOW IT WORKS

Organizers can create networking events with different formats, numbers of rounds, conversation lengths, and participant limits. Events may be free or paid. Payments for paid events are handled by Stripe, and refund rules depend on the individual event.

SprintRounds is part of the 8cells platform, alongside SprintDate for speed dating.

What’s new

Event cards now show full details, start times and current availability, and refresh when you return. Shared event links open directly in the installed app. Online events check camera and microphone access, ask for a decision after every conversation, and reveal mutual matches or contacts immediately. Custom round timings and interests are displayed correctly.
