I tried to connect my windhorse w3 electric bike to the app but it said this bike was unavailable and an error coad popped up on my screen so I don't know why I don't a new QR coad and windhorse said it was going gn work but still nothing I look online how to do it and when I did everything right still didn't work

very hard to pair very difficult process and when it does pair it drops off every time you push a button it is not connected very well Hardware very bad software needs to be upgraded and updated very bad software bad user experience called support and they said it was just betta and no timeline and if it will be fixed or if it can even be fixed feel really ripped off I purchased the bike because of the app as one of the main features!!!

Worked when I first got the bike. Now it won't connect. Bluetooth on the phone says it needs the app after pairing but the app does not see the bike. At least the bike still works.
