Many important features don't work. I've been trying to switch my ACH payment from monthly to bi-weekly for 2 months. Customer service reps can't seem to get the new payment schedule to work even though I received confirmation in writing from SPS that my payments will be made bi-weekly. The app doesn't work, it is "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". The app is terrible and so is SPS as a whole. Inefficient, disorganized, antiquated processes, procedures and technology

Installed the new update I can log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled it did a restart now working well. The only Glitch now, the Fingerprint option no longer shows up. I Uabled it, then, inedible the Fingerprint, it reads, accepted. However, it doesn't come up automatically, to use on log-in, even restarting my phone. After pressing the small Fingerprint symbol by the password line, nothing happens. If I press the small password symbol then the Fingerprint jumps to save password Fingerprint shows
