I just don't get this app.I did not pass an assessment so it says " you did not pass the assessment we will let you know when you can try again later" but it's been a month now it did not let me know when I can try again.Even You cannot delete the account and get a fresh start or else start with a new number even after a month.It has AI customer support so you can't even get any help.Like if you pass all the assessments and interview round the app is good otherwise it's rediculous!!!

I registered in the app last week but could not listen to my audio recordings for the various tests. Another issue is for the login, it asks for phone number for OTP and then hangs. So not able to proceed further. Kindly resolve. Thanks.

I know that updating the app helps to use it but updating this app makes it difficult to use the app.On the first app update I don't see anything in the community section.On second time update I can't see anything on call status and leader board section.Contacting customer care about these issues has not yielded any good results.
