Ratings and reviews

This is the worst pager app I have ever used, and I've tried a half dozen or so. The app constantly crashes when opened from a notification (i.e. a page -- the primary function of the app!). The notification noise is a hardcoded custom sound that will never wake _anybody_ up as it's about as attention-grabbing as a mouse footstep. The webapp/backend service is no better. Schedules are hard to view and edit, completely impractical for even a medium team. Do not buy this software at any cost.

When I try to sign in through SSO, it redirects me to my personal email and says that email doesn't have permission.. nowhere does it have option to use a different email. Really?? Also can't pause my schedule through phone app

App works great, haven't missed a notification yet and it's laid out well. Seems like some of the negative reviews are outdated as I had no issues.
