MySquadly is the mobile app for field staff using Squadly. See your assigned jobs, clock on and off (with optional NFC tag scan at site), and stay in touch with your team—all in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Your jobs — View today’s and upcoming jobs, with location (site or address), time, and details. Open job info, tasks, and notes from your phone.

• Clock on / clock off — Simple attendance when your job has it enabled. For sites with NFC tags, scan the tag at the job location to clock on or off for verified, location-based attendance.

• Breaks & check-ins — Log breaks and check-in/check-out during jobs so your office has an accurate record of your time on site.

• Team chat — Talk to your squad in real time. Channels, direct messages, and workflow approvals so you’re always in the loop.

• Live location (optional) — When enabled, share your location with your workspace so dispatch and managers can see where the team is in real time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Your organisation must use Squadly (business account / workspace).
• You need an invite or login from your workspace.
• For NFC clock-on: your device must support NFC and you may need to enable it in settings.
