SquadNote helps sports teams, clubs and school groups manage practice schedules, attendance and member communication in one place.

Stop repeating "When is the next practice?" and "Who is coming?" in group chats. Share one current schedule and let everyone respond from the same link.

■ RESPOND WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Share a public practice link in LINE or any group chat. Members can choose Going, Maybe or Not going without installing the app or creating an account.

■ MANAGE PRACTICES AND ATTENDANCE
Add the date, location, capacity, court count, tags and organizer. Filter the practice list by your RSVP or show only practices you organize.

■ WAITLISTS THAT FOLLOW RESPONSE ORDER
When a practice reaches capacity, later responses enter the waitlist. The next person is promoted when a place opens.

■ SHARE A MONTH AT ONCE
Create a monthly summary grouped by location. Choose whether canceled or full practices should appear before sharing it with your group.

■ MEMBERS, ROLES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Invite members with a link, manage owner and admin roles, and post announcements for the team.

■ REMIND MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT RESPONDED
Admins can see how many members have not answered and share an RSVP link in the group chat. This action does not send a push notification by itself.

SquadNote works for badminton, tennis, volleyball, futsal, baseball and other team activities. You can also belong to more than one team.
