Ratings and reviews

There's only two options to watch ads, in my case, most of the time i can't even fully utilize the 10 ads per hour, other ads can't even load and it just says error loading, you have to wait for an hour just to watch and collect again. The ads also only give 1 heart, it's such a waste of time honestly. 30 seconds ads gives you 1 heart only, sometimes it last 50 seconds. Can you just make it 30 mins to watch and collect again at least? Or make the reward 5 hearts so it will be worth it. Thanks.

My fandom won the Times Square ads last month. We fought so hard. We bought votes to won that ads. But at the end, we just got one play for the ads. The ads just played ONCE. We are so mad and we decided to vote on the subway ad. It only need 385000 votes to get the subway ads. But suddenly, we need to get 800000 votes to get that ads with the remaining time. I’m so disappointed.

congratulations for being the most scam apps ever. just dont waste your time collecting votes or buying ads or wtv it is im telling you guys this. its better if yall fund the ads by your fandom instead of investing for some cheap ads by them. considering the amount of time and money we've used for one of the new york billboards for skz, we could get a month long of ads instead of just freaking 20 second. make it make sense. we worked hard for it but at the end the price we got was not worth it.
