A simple calendar. One dish per day.
CalendEat is a meal planner: the weekly or monthly menu is placed on a calendar, and the shopping list adjusts automatically.
THE PLANNING
Choose a dish and place it on a day. The meal calendar remains easy to read: no borders or clutter, the rhythm and alignment are enough to structure the week. An entire month can be planned at once, allowing you to organize meals well in advance.
THE MENU
A meal is a single dish by default. Create a menu when the occasion calls for it: an optional starter and dessert are added, never offered outside of a set menu.
THE GUESTS
Each household has a standard number of guests, applied to all meals and adjustable on a case-by-case basis—a guest dropping by, an absence. Each recipe indicates the number of people served; the quantities are divided by this number, then multiplied by the number of guests that day. The calculation is automatic, and the shopping list follows.
THE CATALOGUE
736 dishes delivered with the app, organized by category: beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry, fish and seafood, eggs and vegetables, starches, prepared dishes, appetizers, desserts, breakfast, or by diet: vegetarian and vegan. Filters are cumulative—quick, vegan, gluten-free. Enough to find meal ideas in seconds and answer the question "What to eat tonight?" once and for all. Adding your own recipes is entirely up to you: ingredients, number of servings, labels.
AUTOMATIC FILLING
Fill an entire period with a single tap. The app avoids any dish served in the last fourteen days and never includes the same meat two days in a row. Useful for planning a week of batch cooking without spending all evening on it. The entire plan is displayed before being applied: nothing is selected blindly.
GROCERY SHOPPING
The ingredients for the period are added up, organized by aisle, and checked off as you go. Buying the right amount means less food waste at the end of the week. A pinch of salt or a drizzle of oil doesn't need to be scaled: the quantity is for the entire dish, regardless of the number of people. Sharing sends the list to another application—messaging, notes, email.
