Lots of potential, horribly unbalanced. General gameplay is cinematic and exciting, worthy of the franchise. A few performance issues could be excused if you didn't have to slog through several minutes of ads after dying. And you will die. Bosses take like 20+ minutes to fight and the weapons are all inadequate. Halfway through the game you'll have run out of meaningful upgrades. Strangest problem? Every 40 levels the difficulty resets and you basically you start over. Like, what's the point?

This game is a lot of fun. The gameplay is repetitive, but in a good way; it's a game that I can just turn on and play for ten minutes, at the doctor or while I wait. The story certainly wouldn't win an Oscar, but it's a nice add-on, that makes the game feel like there's an actual mission. Lara is always amazing and this game is no exception. My only problem with this game, is the amount of ads. After nearly every level, is an ad. It's not too expensive to get rid of the ads, just about $1.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING gameplay. Even after adjustments in settings, line of sight is very inconsistent, leading to many, many deaths. And game dev intentionally added traps that come out of nowhere, leading to even more deaths. This means you have to watch DOZENS OF ADS, anywhere from 15 to over 60 seconds each, in order to pass each level. Uninstalled on the first day.
