The app and Square Trade as a whole has gone down over the past couple of years. I have had accounts with ST for well over 7 years and have always had great experiences. My recent experience, just trying to obtain coverage for two new cellphones has been nothing but frustrating. They keep saying they will send a text to complete the transaction, but the text never arrives. Suggest you scrap your new business plan and go back to what made you a household name.

App is useless. On my Sony compact XZ1, it deleted my responses to the chat support agent as I typed them to him if he messaged me first, before I could press send though the app. On top of that, every time I try to pull up my service plans, it says there's a server error. In fact, opening almost any link in the app results in a server error.

Only phone plan works. When i choose others, there are no prices and nothing shows. Been on the chat with them all day and no solution. They keep saying clear cache which I did, but still not able to buy a plan.
