Squeezio is a video compressor for Android that makes your videos smaller right on your phone, so a clip that was too big to send finally fits. There is no account and no sign-in, and your videos are never uploaded. Compression runs on your device, which means it works offline and your video never leaves your phone.

The idea is simple: pick a video, choose how small you want it, and Squeezio re-encodes it into a new, smaller MP4. Your original recording is left exactly as it was.

Squeezio Pro adds exact target-size presets for those destinations, plus a custom size you set yourself, so the compressed file lands under the cap without trial and error. The free quality presets already handle most everyday clips; the target-size presets are there for the times you need to hit an exact number.

See what you saved
Squeezio keeps an on-device history and lifetime statistics, including space saved, average reduction, videos processed, and total processing time. It follows your system light or dark theme and supports Material You dynamic color on Android 12 and later.

Squeezio Pro
Pro is an optional upgrade through Google Play. It adds:
• Batch compression for a whole set of videos at once
• Target file sizes for Discord, WhatsApp, email, or a custom limit
• 4K output
• Manual control over bitrate, resolution, and frame rate
• Keep the original video's metadata (it is otherwise removed)
• Remove the audio track from the output

What’s new

• Squeezio is now fully available in German. The app follows your device language, and on Android 13 and later you can set Squeezio's language separately.
• If a compression finishes above your target size, Squeezio now automatically tries again and keeps the smaller video.
• Target sizes now use the same megabytes your phone shows for file sizes, so results line up with the target you set.
• Screens now adapt better to small phones and large text sizes.
