Squigglings: How to Draw

Click Clack Labs

About this app

Your kid can draw a dragon today. Squigglings shows kids how to draw anything, step by step, with 3,900+ easy drawings: puppies, unicorns, T. rex, race cars and more. What to draw next is always shown in red, so they never get stuck. They draw on real paper with a pencil and crayons, and about ten minutes later they hold up a picture they are proud of.

The next line is always obvious
Most how-to-draw books jump from a circle to a finished lion. Squigglings never jumps. Kids learn to draw step by step, the way artists do: big, simple shapes first, details last, and colour at the end. Each step is short, usually a sentence or two that a 7-year-old can read on their own, like "On top of the head, draw 2 fat horns sweeping back like bananas." Most drawings take 10 to 15 steps.

Watch it draw itself
Tap any drawing and it draws itself before their eyes, then colours itself in. Kids see exactly where they are heading before they pick up a pencil, so they start confident and stay confident.

Tick off every step
Each step earns a green tick, a squiggly line inks itself down the side as they go, and the last tick sets off a loop-the-loop and a burst of confetti. Progress is saved, so a drawing can wait until tomorrow.

A new drawing every morning
Today's Squiggle is the same drawing for everyone, so friends, cousins and whole classrooms can draw it together and compare.

Save it, share it, print it
Star favourites for later. Share the finished picture with grandparents. Print the steps on one sheet to draw away from the screen, or print an outline to trace and colour.

Made for small hands
Big buttons and short sentences. Every drawing shows its steps, level and time before they start, so picking the right one is easy. Most suit ages 5 and up, and the Advanced ones stretch confident older kids. Works with TalkBack, larger text and Remove animations.
