About this app

ME Pulse Operations is the field support application for waste collection teams. It tracks each shift, from vehicle check-in before departure to final odometer reading, keeping the day's work recorded in one place.
Designed for drivers and operators on the road, it replaces paper sheets with a fast, map-centric workflow designed for use with a windshield mount.

KEY FEATURES
• Daily operations and routes — start the day's route, view service routes grouped by type, and assign team and equipment.
• Vehicle inspection — complete the equipment checklist and confirm initial mileage before starting the route.

• Map navigation — clear route view, with real-time speedometer and road speed limit indication, for safe driving.

• Container collections — record the fill level of each container and whether it was collected or ignored, directly on the map.

• Unofficial pickups — when picking up off-route, the application displays nearby containers to ensure accurate registration.
• Follow-ups — record maintenance, washing, and incidents (CDW, bulky waste, green waste) associated with a pickup.

• Route alerts — report and view road conditions along the route (roadworks, obstacles, poorly parked vehicles).

• Weighing and unloading — record loads delivered to the unloading point.

• Mileage tracking — confirm initial and final odometer readings, with validation to maintain consistent values.

• Real-time GPS location — the route is recorded while driving, with tolerance for weak signal on the ground.
