About this app
SAS Smart TV RFID is a smart attendance management system designed for schools and educational institutions. It runs on Android TV, turning any Smart TV into an attendance tracking kiosk with built-in digital signage.
HOW IT WORKS
• RFID card readers connected over WiFi send card tap data to the TV in real-time
• Student details (name, class, photo) appear instantly on screen when a card is scanned
• Attendance records are synced to your school's web account automatically
• When idle, the TV displays digital signage — photos and videos of school events, activities, and announcements uploaded by you from your web portal
FEATURES
• Real-time student photo and details display on card tap
• Support for 1, 2, or 3 photo layout modes on screen
• Automatic attendance sync to server at configurable intervals
• Digital signage mode — showcase school photos and videos when no cards are being scanned
• Works offline — stores attendance locally and syncs when internet is available
• Auto-starts on device boot (TV/kiosk mode)
• Multi-reader support — connect multiple RFID readers to one TV
• Configurable display duration and idle timeout
• Secure HTTPS communication with encrypted data in transit
IMPORTANT
This app requires an active school account on the SchoolWeb ERP platform. Login credentials are provided by your school's administrator. The app does not support self-registration.
