Ratings and reviews

The online credit card payment option of this APP is absolutely the worst among thousands of online payments I have made over the past many years!! Not surprisingly, it does not take foreign credit cards but even with Bank of Taiwan credit card, it has succeeded only a couple of times. It is unbelievable this kind of failure would have happened in the modern world tightly connected to the internet!!

The app works as necessary but it would be better if they had more language choices. It is very frustrating asking my friends to translate every button.

I used this app for about 5 years with no problems. now the new update just logged me off and I cannot use it anymore. Captcha does not work properly and all my information disappeared
