About this app

CollabNotes is a real-time collaborative notes and document app for teams, classmates, and groups. Create notes, rich-text documents, and shared to-do lists, then work together and see changes instantly.
Start every note the right way. Pick a template built for what you're doing:

📝 NOTEPAD — Quick freeform writing. Just open it and start typing.

📄 DOC — Structured rich-text notes with headings, bullet & numbered lists, quotes, checklists, and slash-command shortcuts for fast formatting.

✅ TODO — Purpose-built checklists with live progress tracking, swipe-to-delete, and a satisfying celebration when you finish your list.

REAL-TIME COLLABORATION
Share any note with teammates as an editor or viewer. Watch changes appear live as others type — no refreshing, no waiting. See who's currently viewing a note with live presence indicators and typing status.

STAY ORGANIZED
• Color-code notes for quick visual sorting
• Tag notes to group and find them fast
• Pin important notes to the top
• Protect sensitive notes with a passphrase
• Filter by All, Pinned, or Collab notes instantly

BEAUTIFUL, FAST, AND FLEXIBLE
CollabNotes is built with a bold, modern design system — smooth animations, tactile haptic feedback, and a polished feel in every interaction. Switch between dark and light themes to match your style, any time, from Settings.
