It always keeps loading. It doesn't have any options to download the test report. Screenshots have to be taken to create a soft copy. It's only showing the number. When I am trying to open the pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. How much time does it take to open a single page of a report? My phone has a 5G network. So it's not a problem with my phone definitely a problem with the app.

worst service experience.. they didn't release report on time and ask for re-sampling ..since patient is on dialysis it's quite difficult for patient to give sample again and again but they didn't care about patient health...i urged people do not choose that company for his/her blood test....patient give sample on sunday morning but they didn't release report yet...it's been almost 36 hours ..

accepted order they cancelled without informing . they will take order from corporate/ insurance and later they will not send technician when I asked they told check with ur insurance provider. My question is why did you accept the order, if you were unable to give service. A lab test is not a joke, some people may have important.
