The app makes booking home sample collection and accessing password-protected test reports very simple and convenient.Professional Staff.Users often report problems like reports not being available, showing errors when downloading.The customer service, including the WhatsApp and call support, is frequently described as unresponsive, slow, or unhelpful, especially after uploading a prescription.

It's a very good App. To track all the Blood test reports over a period of time. I would like to request the developers the option to combine 2 Members reports within the app as if the person who add the name makes some mistake in name it means that we will have 2 Members with distributed reports, I want the option to combine reports across members. So that I can fix it if the reception makes mistakes
