It always keeps loading. It doesn't have any options to download the test report. Screenshots have to be taken to create a soft copy. It's only showing the number. When I am trying to open the pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. How much time does it take to open a single page of a report? My phone has a 5G network. So it's not a problem with my phone definitely a problem with the app.

app doesn't log in. app shows that test results will be available in 1 day, after collection staff says up to 7 days. customer services is not available half the time, should have an emergency communication channel for things like fever panels which are time sensitive. whatsapp channel doesn't show the partial reports, and no tracking communication sent on SMS or email after collection. extremely poor experience, false promises and making patients suffer unnecessarily!

accepted order they cancelled without informing . they will take order from corporate/ insurance and later they will not send technician when I asked they told check with ur insurance provider. My question is why did you accept the order, if you were unable to give service. A lab test is not a joke, some people may have important.
