ProcureFlow — End-to-End Procurement, Now Mobile

ProcureFlow brings the entire purchase lifecycle to your phone. Raise requisitions, approve RFQs, run reverse auctions live, and track purchase orders without waiting to get back to your desk.

What you can do

• Purchase Requisitions — Create PRs with line items, cost centers and item categories. Submit, route through multi-level approval, and see who acted and when.

• RFQ workflow — Issue RFQs to vendor panels, track quotations as they arrive, and compare them side-by-side.

• Comparative Statement (CSQ) — Review every vendor quote, route items individually to Direct PO or Auction, and submit the HOD decision with one tap.

• Live reverse auctions — Item-wise or combined, with real-time rank updates over SignalR. Vendors bid; you watch activity in a confidential monitor that keeps competitor prices private.

• Vendor portal — A dedicated experience for suppliers. Receive invitations, accept Terms & Conditions, place bids on live auctions, and review your own bid history per item.

• Terms & Conditions — Edit, version, and require vendor acceptance before bidding, with a full change log per snapshot.

• Audit trail everywhere — Every base-price change, approval and bid is logged with who, when and why.

Built for buyers
Dashboards show what needs your attention now. Approve from a notification. Reschedule an auction without leaving the page. Configure auto-extend rules, bid decrement, and per-item base prices — all changes are journaled.

Built for vendors
See only the auctions you're invited to. Filter by Upcoming, Live and Past. Accept T&C once per auction, then bid with confidence — your own bid history is one tap away, while competitor prices stay hidden until close.

Real-time, even on flaky networks
SignalR pushes bid updates and rank changes within a second; a polling fallback covers spotty mobile data so you never miss your position.

Security
Sessions are token-based. The app talks only to your organisation's procurement backend. Vendor and employee accounts are kept separate.

ProcureFlow is the official mobile companion to the ProcureFlow procurement platform. An active account on the platform is required to sign in. If your organisation has not yet onboarded, please contact your procurement administrator.
