It's a good app. Now, I can share my details with GP so they know about my health. The only issue is that the errors are frequently when the app tries to collaborate with the device, and I have to power off the device and restart it rather than automatically. The device you blow 3 times, it will pick 1, which is towards good even though you used all your strength to blow 1st, 2nd or 3rd and rest 2 times was down a lot. Clever. The bag to carry device rubbish, device for inhaler very loose

Thank you for your comment! It's great to hear that the app helps in sharing your results with your GP. Please reach out to our customer support at info@smartasthma.com re. the errors and provide as many details as possible so we can resolve them. Saving the best of the three blows is considered the gold standard in asthma peak flow measurement.

This device is not accurate. The peak flow is saying im blowing more than i ever have blow evan on my best days. When doing a normal peak flow theres a massive difference between readings done at the same time! The bit that goes in your mouth is way too big and it makes it akward to use.

Please give us a call on 020 3287 2025 and we are happy to sort out your problems - and just blow without the mouthpiece if that is more comfortable. Thomas

Update to my previous review. I've learned I have "silent asthma" which means my first symptom is fatigue, then I might realise I'm breathing more shallowly through my mouth. No cough or wheeze until I have a full on asthma attack. But I also have fibromyalgia so fatigue is often present for me. I now realise that feeling tired may indicate an asthma flare up. The app helps me tell the difference. Also I think the CompEx alert is invaluable in helping me follow my action plan. Thanks so much.
