Doesn't work well with Samsung phones. The UI is very simplistic but not practical. You can not really book a spot. Also, nowhere did it say you have to scan and check in to confirm your spot. It should have a way to report improvements in the desk like having a docking station that works with engineering workstations, new monitors instead of dated LCDs that burn your eyes, and ergonomic accessories like a vertical mouse and keyboard. No chat or help desk support.

Awful UI. So many clicks to achieve the simplest functions. So slow and buggy, often takes multiple attempts and 5+ minutes of grey "loading" screen to check in every morning - and that's discounting time taken to book in. If you're in charge of corporate procurement do not get this piece of junk! You'll be paying every member of staff 15 mins every day just to get it to work.

Typical user experience for an app where the corporate employer is the real customer, not the end user. difficulty installing and registering, hangs often, slow, buggy, many clicks to achieve the most common tasks. just terrible.
