Ratings and reviews

Could have been better. Its has features like scan and book, which might be niche and rare in organisational sites. But basic feature like edit a booking is not available. Everytime user has to cancel the previous booking and rebook again. There are few many usability issues. Seems some features were not thought through. Same pages/section app is not intelligent enough to persist the user choice select in previous page and had to reselect the field. Helpful app but could have been better

Doesn't work well with Samsung phones. The UI is very simplistic but not practical. You can not really book a spot. Also, nowhere did it say you have to scan and check in to confirm your spot. It should have a way to report improvements in the desk like having a docking station that works with engineering workstations, new monitors instead of dated LCDs that burn your eyes, and ergonomic accessories like a vertical mouse and keyboard. No chat or help desk support.

Not a good UI. Difficult to select the cubic with the small dot.
