It does take some getting used to. I have no problems sending lots of photos from my Android phone to the frame via the app and via emailing. I added lots of music files via USB stick. The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because the auto on/off stops working altogether if you only set 6 days instead of 7, and you cannot add more than 1 schedule. Otherwise, it is a great memory tool.

The app is good but it could do with a major update. It lacks the option to crop your images to fit the screen frame size. Without this option, faces or objects get cropped off which is rather annoying when viewing. I found that a 16:10 cropping ratio works, but has to be done in a separate app, resaved to your phone and then uploaded to the photo frame. On a positive note the idea is good, friends can add pics to your photo frame once they have downloaded the app & entered your Photo Frame ID

App simply does not work. The first time I used it, I was able to send some photos. After that, it either gives a 417 error which prevents login, or a 404 error which prevents sending photos. There is no troubleshooting and no support. This company is a borderline scam.
