As of the Financial Services Commission's announcement on September 16, 2026, the 2nd round of applications is from October 7 to 16. Applications are open only to those with an odd-digit last digit of their birth year on October 7 and to those with an even-digit last digit on October 8. From October 12 to 16, applications can be submitted regardless of birth year. Applicants who pass the screening process may open an account at participating financial institutions from November 16 to 27.
The simplified self-diagnosis displays estimated results based on publicly available key criteria, while the maturity payout calculator calculates the estimated principal, government contribution, and interest based on the monthly payment amount, applicable interest rate, and subscription type. Actual eligibility and payout amounts may vary depending on the screening by relevant agencies and financial institutions, as well as the product terms and conditions.
