don't buy STEAMEMO brand switches or any switch related to app amitres. Worst after sell service. Wasted more then 1 year of my time with their buggy app and providing a solution to fix their corrupted device which POE power delivery does not work correctly since after I purchased it. I reported the issue multiple times. Now as they wasted time with refund periods successfully they says nothing can be done. They are theif and sells bad products. Don't waste your money on bad unit and services.

No matter what I do now, it says unregistered. I've tried logging in with my previous account, I've tried "Forgot Password", I've tried setting up a new account. Nothing works anymore. There was just an update today, which is why I tried again. Has to be 1 star for now.

This update reset my account now all my switches are gone. It won't let me re add them because they were already registered. Now I'm locked out of all of them and can't add them back to the app. Don't update the app.
