I like it a lot. NRB Click needs to be made more modern than other banking apps. It needs to be brought with virtual cards and can be applied with physical cards. It needs to be made more user-friendly.

App version 1.1.14 is creating OTP problem.OTP is not coming within 2 minutes which was come within 15 seconds on the last app version.plz solve this issue immediately.

Dear Concern found some bugs. 1. After log in apps customers can't upload his/her profile pictures. If there are any limitations in this case, then it is a different matter. 2. Pressing the transaction profile option in the sidebar list is logging out. If these problems can be fixed, it will be more user friendly.
