・PDFの表示方法を修正（まずオンラインで開き、失敗した場合はローカルで表示するように変更）
・初期化処理（init()）を初回フレーム描画後に遅延実行するように変更し、画面構築中の処理実行による不具合を回避
・測定結果が 0.00mg/L を超え 0.15mg/L 未満の場合、「基準値内」を「注意」に変更
・測定結果が 0.00mg/L の場合、「基準値内」の表示を削除
