Used to love this app...but I have a new phone (Samsung note 10+) & now I'm not able to download or save at all. When I press button to download it just hangs there at the folder selection window not allowing me to successfully choose a folder. Needs update ASAP please! Ps. I've tried with great data speeds and high speed wifi and still same results! 😩

Looks like it is time to move on. FRP does not appear rady to be listed among the top paid services. Poor product design with even worse support; on a Comcast level. Downloading not functioning. just hangs. Useless.

I wish I could give this app.and Franchise Record Pool 0 stars Signed up for their service, never got access to the app even AFTER paying $30 Emailed, Called, Tweet, and Facebook Messages all went unanswered. 0 service, 0 technical support, it's been over 2 weeks without hearing anything back Don't give these people a cent of your money Their crooks
