After a couple of days of playing, getting high levels, and getting a lot unlocked, the game doesn't open anymore. This has happened twice now. Iuninstalled and reinstalled, only I lost ALL my progress. You hit the icon, and a black screen is what you get, the screen stays black, and the game doesn't load.

I was enjoying the game, paid for the month subscription and then it wouldn't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled, lost my subscription. I bought the subscription again, everything was good then my progress was deleted some how and I list my subscription again. I dont want to start over a third time and im not paying for another subscription. I feel like I am owed something. im complaining here because there is no way to report issues in game

Unfortunately there are issues download the photos. Puzzles are fun and can be challenging, but most are easy! Update: The ability to download photos is not a network issue. Once you unlock the photo you must download it right away, otherwise if you go to the next puzzle you won't be able to download it anymore. Seems silly but should be an easy fix. Unless the dev wants it that way.
