so far with my experience of the game. I enjoy the puzzles they are quite difficult at sometimes. I did purchase the lifetime Sub. I want to get the most out of the game so. ads are always a nightmare. figure that be in the lifetime sub but it's not. do I have my game freeze, yes. it sometimes messes with the UI system. my current issue and hopefully someone can help with this. all of the AI chatbots that are VIP I can no longer see the intro describing how the conversation starts help plz thk u

"DON'T BOTHER" I don't appreciate having to redo what I already accomplished. Made it to level 250 (I think) and when I logged in today, the game set me back to level one. I dont have time for this level of incompetence. Customer service is non-existent, the "survey" will not allow you to turn it in, and now a complete reset? Another waste of my time. Deleting.

I've enjoyed playing this game, even though the ads are oppressive in quantity. I got to level 750 with tons of coins and some good AI storylines going. Then it reset on me. For no reason. I started over and got to level 150, and now it reset on me, again. I tried to answer the survey and detail these problems. it won't go through. Ultimately, I've wasted my time. I'll wait a bit to see if this gets a response and then ill uninstall. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me."
