About this app

Your shift ended half an hour ago and you're still there. "Just one last email."

Unplug! is the end-of-day alarm for people who work too much: at the office, working from home, or freelancing. Set your shift end time and, when it comes, Unplug! starts calling you. Kindly, at first. Then less and less.

⏰ SIX ALARMS, THEN THE GRAND FINALE
From a gentle reminder all the way to Nuclear: ignore one alert and the next one gets louder. Notifications, vibration and, at the highest levels, a red screen you can't ignore. On the sixth alarm comes Insult Me's grand finale, free for everyone. Then silence.

🗣️ INSULT ME
One minute of affectionate insults, read aloud by your phone with the flash blinking. "Get up, you ornament!" "Wake up, office hamster!" Works better than any New Year's resolution.

📊 YOUR HISTORY
Watch your streak of on-time days grow, see your record, the weekly chart and your progress month by month.
And discover your habits: when you really unplug, which is your worst day, and how much time you've gifted to work this year, translated into movies, coffees or Rome–New York flights.

🔒 PRIVACY FIRST
No ads, no tracking. Your history stays on your phone. An account is optional.

⭐ PREMIUM, WITH A ONE-TIME PAYMENT
Try everything free for 7 days. Then keep using it for free, or unlock forever, with no subscription:
• the Aggressive and Nuclear levels
• the red screen
• your choice of alert frequency
• the full history with your habits

Work can wait. Your evening can't.
Unplug!
Your shift is over. Unplug! reminds you, each time a little less nicely.

What’s new

New: Insult Me's grand finale. Ignore the fifth alarm too, and on the sixth she shows up, out loud, with your real numbers: when you were supposed to unplug and how many alerts you ignored. Free for everyone. Then silence.
Plus: clearer messages and small fixes.
