Scope
This is a sourced American history survey. It covers contact and conquest, slavery, removal, Jim Crow, overseas empire, the World Wars, the Cold War, covert action, civil rights and the present. Case Files identify the documents and scholarship that support each account, and the curriculum distinguishes established records from questions historians still debate.
There is no video, discussion feed or in-app cloud sync. Active progress is stored on your device and may be included in Android backup or device transfer.
Privacy
Unredacted has no in-app sign-in or ads. Lessons and reference material work offline. Progress, bookmarks, notes and review state are stored locally. Android backup or device transfer may include selected app data, depending on your settings and provider. With optional analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase receives app interactions, purchase activity, an app-installation identifier and technical information to improve the app. Analytics starts off; change Share usage analytics in Progress at any time. Notes, search text, answers and advertising identifiers are excluded. Google Play handles purchases and restores. See the privacy policy for details.
