About this app

The Certified Property Management Specialist Examination consists of 50 questions and is administered in 120 minutes. The passing score changes every year. This app contains 950 questions from 19 examinations held from 2007 to 2025, and all questions include explanations for both the correct and incorrect answer choices. It covers various subjects, from the Condominium Ownership Law and Standard Management Regulations to the Condominium Management Properization Law, building equipment, and accounting.


■ Features for this Exam
- Practice exercises are divided into sections: Civil Law, Condominium Ownership Law, Standard Management Regulations, Proper Management Law, Building Equipment, and Accounting.
- If you select the category for those who have passed the Condominium Management Specialist exam, you can be exempted from 5 questions, and the 45 questions will be used for evaluation, with the exempted questions added.
- The annual mock exams are evaluated based on the passing score for that year.
- Notes are included in the explanations for content that has changed since the exam was published, such as the amendment to the Condominium Ownership Law that came into effect in April 2026.
- You can check numbers such as the general meeting convening period and voting requirements using flashcards.
