About this app

The Condominium Management Specialist Examination consists of 50 questions and is completed in 120 minutes. The passing score varies each year; in 2025, it was 42 out of 50 questions. This app contains 600 questions from 12 examinations, from 2014 to 2025, and provides explanations for both the correct and incorrect answer choices for every question. Changes due to the amendment to the Condominium Ownership Law, which will come into effect in April 2026, can also be checked in the study notes for each question.
