Staff Attendance is a simple, offline attendance tracker built for small business owners, contractors, and supervisors. Add your staff, mark their daily attendance, record advance payments — and keep everything organized month by month. No internet needed, no account required, no ads.

MANAGE YOUR STAFF:

Add staff by entering their name and mobile number. You can also import contacts directly from your phone book — no need to type everything manually. Edit or delete staff entries anytime. Search by name or mobile number to quickly find who you are looking for.

MARK DAILY ATTENDANCE:

Open any staff member's profile and mark their attendance for each day of the month. Choose from 5 attendance statuses:

A — Absent
Half Day — Half day present
P — Full day present
P+Half — One and a half day (overtime half)
P+P — Double day (full overtime)

Use the month and year picker to navigate to any month — up to 5 years back and 4 years ahead. See the full monthly grid at a glance and know exactly how many days each person was present or absent.

TRACK ADVANCES & PAYMENTS:

Record advance amounts given to any staff member on any day. Add a short note with each advance — like Food, Petrol, Rent, or any reason. At the bottom of each month's attendance, see the total advance amount alongside present and absent totals. This makes monthly salary calculations simple and transparent.

MONTHLY SUMMARY:

Every staff member's attendance screen shows three key numbers for the selected month:
• Total Present — how many days they worked
• Total Absent — how many days they missed
• Total Advance — how much advance was given in total

No complicated reports, no confusing charts — just the numbers you need to settle accounts at month end.
