About this app

StaffBee is a simple attendance, leave and salary app for Indian shops, factories, offices and textile units. Your staff punch in from their own phone at the workplace, and you see who came in, approve leave and pay salary from the same records. No paper register, no arguments at month end.

If someone can use WhatsApp, they can use StaffBee.

FOR THE OWNER
• Today at a glance: who is in, late, on leave or not in yet, across every location
• Set up once: workplaces on the map with an allowed radius, shifts, weekly offs, holidays, late and half-day rules, overtime
• Salary from attendance: monthly payroll from Draft to Approved to Paid, with PDF payslips
• A paid payslip never changes; a later correction carries into the next month as an adjustment
• Decide who sees salaries, and what managers, HR and supervisors are allowed to do
• A new phone is flagged for your approval

FOR HR AND MANAGERS
• Reports: daily attendance, monthly summary, late arrivals, leave balance, by location and one person's calendar
• Export to PDF and Excel for your accountant
• Prepare payroll and payslips; the owner approves and pays

FOR SUPERVISORS
• Bulk Mark: mark a whole team in a minute, for staff without a smartphone or on a day without signal

• Punch in at work in a couple of taps, with an optional selfie

FAIR AND HONEST ATTENDANCE
• A punch is accepted only inside the workplace radius set by the owner
• Fake-location apps and emulators cannot punch
• The server checks every punch's distance again itself
• Sign-in is tied to one phone with a security key kept in the phone's hardware

EASY TO JOIN
Staff sign in with the Google account already on their phone. No password to remember. The owner adds a person by name and mobile number and sends a one-time invite on WhatsApp or as a code.

YOUR DATA
• Location is read only when someone punches in or out, never in the background
• Each business's data is kept separate from every other business
• Data is stored on servers in India
• No ads, and we never sell data

What’s new

• Punch in again after a break: several punch-ins a day, and the day runs from the first in to the last out.
• Owners and supervisors can add punches by hand for someone who forgot their phone, and remove them.
• Choose how many punch-ins a day are allowed, or no limit.
• Each role sees only the tabs it can use.
• The supervisor dashboard works offline and says when its numbers are old.
• Clearer messages: why a day needs review, who approved a leave, why an action was refused.
