Horrible. Horrible format. Super small everything, and I am nearsighted. Very difficult to see clearly. Not user friendly. Was fine last year, and you should have left it alone. Keep it simple. Make it user friendly!

For example, click the app screens above to see how the fonts look for workers with the default Android font size. We can help you with your Android settings. Well I had a similar issue using Poached Jobs. This happened after a shift on 10/22 I was signed out of the app although I did not make this action and was not able to therfore clock out from my ending shift. I repeatedly tried logging back in and it would not let me saying incorrect credentials. I did not change my password or information and have not received an email link for reset after requesting one so I am missing out on first come first serve shift opportunities. AKA Money

Hi John, your employer is the only one who can reset your password. They can reset to anything you like. Please reach out to them as they manage your profile on their account. You can also reach out to us at appsupport@staffmate.com and we can reach out to your employer on your behalf as this sounds like an account issue, not app related.

Cam't find the setting options to manage my notifications. Nowhere on the app. We are 5 people using this app around and no one seems to find it. No help online, no explanations.
