Staff Panic! is a fast-paced hospitality management game where every shift brings new problems, difficult decisions and plenty of chaos.

Take charge of your own hospitality business, build a team and work your way through increasingly demanding services. When the bar gets slammed, the kitchen falls behind or guests start losing patience, it's your job to decide who goes where and what needs fixing first.

BUILD YOUR TEAM
Every member of staff has different strengths, skills and abilities. Pick the right people for each shift, develop their skills and learn who performs best when the pressure is on.

But they're people, not machines. Staff get tired, need breaks and won't always be happy with how they're being managed.

SURVIVE THE SHIFT
Problems can appear anywhere in your venue. Choose the right person for the job, manage their stamina and keep an eye on guest satisfaction, revenue and the growing chaos around you.
Sometimes you'll have to make the call: deal with the angry guests, rescue the bar or help the kitchen before everything falls apart.
From Level 9, every shift opens a different mix of rooms, so no two nights play the same.

BECOME A BETTER MANAGER
Unlock Manager Actions and use them when your team needs a boost. Jump in to help, calm the room, rally your staff and learn when to intervene and when to trust your team.

BUILD THE BUSINESS
A successful shift is only part of the job. Manage labour costs, develop your staff, recruit new people and grow your business without running out of cash.
As your reputation grows, new areas and management challenges become available. What starts with a kitchen and bar can become a much bigger operation.

YOUR DECISIONS MATTER
Staff Panic! isn't about endlessly tapping buttons. The choices you make affect how the shift unfolds. Put the wrong person on a problem and you could make things worse. Push somebody too hard and they'll struggle. Build the right team and even the busiest service can be brought under control.

- Messages never cover the game now. In a shift they show in the YOUR TEAM bar; everywhere else they take the screen's title for a moment.
- Maggie's notes sit in the brief instead of floating over it.
- Manager Actions show their names again once unlocked.
- Fewer repeat Manager hints, and none at the hotel.
