Space is project management for the people who actually put up a building — architects, PMCs, interior designers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and the client paying for it. One project, one place, instead of a WhatsApp group nobody can search.
WHAT IS BLOCKED, BEFORE YOU ASK
Every project opens on what needs you today. Open points carry a real status — blocked, waiting, in progress, done, decided — and anything waiting on somebody else says so, with the name attached.
ONE THREAD THE WHOLE PROJECT CAN SEE
Site photos, drawings and voice notes stay with the work instead of scrolling away. Record a voice note in Hindi, Gujarati or English and it comes back transcribed, translated, and summarised in a line.
REV A, REV B, AND WHO HAS THE LATEST
Drawings and documents keep every revision, so nobody builds off a superseded sheet. DWG and DXF open on the phone and in the browser, with no separate viewer to install. Access is per file, so a consultant sees their drawings and not the client's approvals.
SITE MEETINGS THAT WRITE THEIR OWN MINUTES
Record a site meeting and it comes back transcribed with each speaker separated, translated into English, and drafted into minutes — with suggested open points you can accept or discard.
CALLS THAT RING LIKE A PHONE CALL
Voice, video and screen share, started from the chat. An incoming call rings a locked phone the way a call should. Anyone can join from a browser with a link and no account. Calls are recorded and turned into minutes the same way a site meeting is, and everyone is told before they join.
