Ratings and reviews

For an $80 thermometer and as the only way you can use it, you would, at minimum, expect a stable app. It crashes every single time I try to open it. The only thing I'm thankful for with this thermometer is that I kept the receipt. Completely useless!

Att the moment, useless... I paid $90 for the thermometer and got one use out of it. The second time I tried to use it, the software said it needed an update. I installed the update and the software hasn't worked since. Without the software the thermometer is a very expressive pointed stock.

Great idea, but product does not work with my Android Moto 4, Version 10.0 in spite of several trouble shooting sessions with an initially responsive support team. After suggesting I return the product for one that WILL work and requesting shipping instructuons, support stopped responding. Would much rather give a positive review, but what can I say.....One star so far for trying. Apparently an update will be available within the week, so now up to 3 stars. Success! Problem corrected!
