1% cash back of only base rent is not worth it. I pay much more than base rent when the bill is due. Also, I was sad to see that my apartment is Not on the list for any cash back. My apartment company moved to a different portal. Lastly, the app doesn't show Credit Builder. It only shows up on the website, which is how I discovered my apartment isn't included.

I never got the cash bonus for buying rent on time or for keeping or spending money that it highlights without first reaching out every single time. There was not an option for my husband and I to create a joint account when we set it up, but we figured both direct deposits could still go there. We were wrong, but the bank Stake works with has not sent my husband's employer back his paycheck so they cannot reissue payment and it has been a week. The customer service is hard to reach and not easy

Difficult. App forced me to order a new card. Card arrived on a Friday and can't activate it outside of business hours. It will not allow to activate through the app or automated system. Customer service says I need to be verified only to send back to the automated system just to get nowhere. They're making small things challenging. Just put a QR code or something for easy activation.
