■ HOW IT WORKS ■
Stalker Task Force can be used solo using Spotter Mode only, or in tandem with other officers, with one officer using a device in Spotter Mode and the rest using Traffic Stop Mode.
SPOTTER MODE In Spotter Mode, when the officer sees a speeding vehicle, they pull the trigger on their RLR, which automatically begins recording a video clip of the incident in the app. Recording stops when the officer releases the trigger, which then sends an alert to the officers using Support Mode.
RESPONDER MODE Multiple officers can be logged into Traffic Stop Mode. As soon as a violation is recorded by the Spotter, all devices logged into Traffic Stop Mode will receive a notice in their app. Any officer can accept the notification. When the officer intercepts the offending vehicle, he can document the incident with further photo and video evidence, which is also recorded in the Evidence Portal.
SECURE EVIDENCE PORTAL Recorded violations are sent from both app modes to the cloud-based Evidence Portal. Users can also view maps that show the location of violations, sort records by date or officer name, review evidence, and export data.
DEVICE REQUIREMENTS Pair any Android phone (running Android 14 or higher) with a Stalker Lidar RLR. A cell phone mounting attachment is available on https://www.StalkerRadar.com
