SQUID allows you to collect loyalty stamps on your phone in participating cafes, restaurants and salons across Ireland and the UK. Simply tap your phone on the SQUID tag at the checkout to collect your stamp!

All your loyalty cards are stored in your SQUID digital wallet so you always have your loyalty cards to hand and never lose them. Rewards can also be redeemed directly from the app.

For anyone considering adding this to your business. It's very easy to abuse the app for free stamps, there is no prevention from scanning multiple times and collecting multiple times. If the cashier is busy you can easily get away with multiple taps when you have your phone sound off.

I've been using this app since it first launched & love it! The user experience & interface are really straightforward. I had an issue whereby I couldn't install the app after an update. I contacted the Squid team who promptly responded & assisted me in troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't find a resolution, but Sadhbh continued to follow up with me. Eventually after an Android update I was able to reinstall the app. All this is to say that the customer service was exceptional!

Using Squid is so much easier than collecting and maintaining a stack of paper loyalty cards for different cafes. I've found the app very reliable, and has allowed me to collect stamps where I'd have otherwise forgotten to bring a paper card. In the rare event that issues occur with use of the app, the tech support provided is excellent.
