About this app
The Roadie app was designed to enhance the capability of VOLARE, our Debt Collection System. The name Roadie originated from a term to describe a group of people that spends their working life on the road. We chose the name to represent the Field Visit workforce and their work culture.
Roadie handles the Field Visit(FV) cycle seamlessly with VOLARE. This app aims to increase the efficiency of FV cycle includes management & execution by automating manual process.
FV activities were done in a more traditional way prior to Roadie. Officers carries their assignment details on paper during visitation. All the result from their visits was handwritten and then pass to admin upon returning back to the office. Admin proceed data entry to the respective accounts on VOLARE.
