The update to the app at the beginning of the year made has made it the absolute worst app experience. Previously, in store, after you perused the case and ordered, you scanned a code from the app under a reader at check out to pay and got your points. Easy peasy. It's now the most UNuser friendly process. No longer can you pay directly from the app in store. You must now order ahead and then get a code to show the cashier so they punch it in in order to get points. Why???
