App is poorly designed. I ordered 3 donuts & when I went to pick up my order, they gave me 1 donut. When I asked about the other 2, they said they don't carry those flavors (even though they were listed for this location on the app). I told them I was charged for 3 on the app & the cashier said they would refund me for the 2, but I still don't see my account accredited. (I doN'T blame the store at all.) Next, I went to seek customer service on the app, but there's NO OPTION for customer support.

When you order ahead online using app, despite picking up in store myself, I was automatically charged 20% tip. I didn't realize until after ordering and reviewing confirmation email that it was ordered via GrubHub within app. I won't do this again. What's the point except for paying more unnecessarily. Next time I will wait to get to store and order in person.

This app is absolutely the worst I've ever used. UI is not very touch friendly. Many elements are super small. It constantly will not load and order is nearly impossible.
